Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-demand periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be extended slightly.
3. Shipping Time and Delivery

Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday).

Estimated Shipping Window: 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday).

Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 9:00 AM CST will be processed the following business day.

Deliveries are made only on business days (Monday to Friday).

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

8. Split Shipments

No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments.

We currently cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses.
