  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the following cases:

    • The item is defective.

    • We shipped the wrong product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.

5. Refund Processing

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To obtain a replacement:

8. Late or Missing Refunds
